Alex Beard is Senior Director of the Global Learning Lab at Teach For All, where he leads global research, knowledge sharing, and learning partnerships across the network. Beginning his career as a teacher in London, he has dedicated himself to understanding how learning can be transformed for rapidly changing societies. His work focuses on identifying promising, locally rooted innovations and connecting educators and leaders across countries to strengthen collective learning. She joined Teach For Lebanon in May 2023, bringing two decades of experience with NGOs in the Middle East and a deep commitment to organisational development, governance, and international fundraising. Prior to this role, Janine worked in human rights and humanitarian aid in the German Parliament and led leadership and education programmes for emerging leaders in South-East Asia and the Middle East. Vikram Bhat is the Chief Executive Officer of Scale Foundation, an organisation that enables funders, nonprofits and government to collectively create systemic impact. He brings a diverse blend of nonprofit and corporate experience across education, government, technology, and finance. Most recently, Vikram served as Director of the Bangalore International Centre. Earlier, he was part of the Education Task Force with the Government of Delhi, contributing to the transformation of Delhi’s government schools.
