What would you do?
We are looking for a talented and fresh Product Manager to participate in the crafting and evolution of the School Education Leadership societal platform. The candidate will be expected to work with Senior Product Manager to help build the platform by contributing enriching use-cases from the field and evangelising the platform objective. As an Lead – Product Development you would –
Understand end-user requirements and convert them into valid use cases
Suggest enhancements to the platform which can improve the user experience
Perform quality assurance on the platform
Coordinate with Senior Product Manager to deliver functional solutions
Monitor and report on users’ reactions after each release of platform functionality − Create support and training documents for internal and external use
Who are we looking for?
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
1-2 years of experience in product development
Understanding of the Product development cycle
Knowledge of tools like Jira etc
Strong communication skills
Domain knowledge of Education and/or Education leadership is desirable, but not required.

What would you do?

Devise the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the product
Understand end-user requirements and convert them into valid use cases

Coordinate with the engineering team to deliver functional solutions.
Discuss and collaborate with Engineering team on technology solutions and technical aspects for the product
Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
Monitor and report on users’ feedback after each release of platform functionality − Create support and training documents for internal and external use
Who are we looking for?
Ability to work with cross-functional teams including but not limited to, Partner organizations (NGOs), Govt. Agencies, Subject/Domain experts, Platform Engineering team, End users etc.
3-5 years of experience in managing the entire product lifecycle
Strong Technical Knowledge for discussions with the Engineering team.
Worked on an Open source or SaaS technology platforms
Knowledge of Project management tools like Jira, Katha etc
Strong time management and communication skills
Experience of product management in the context of project management/program (management would be an added advantage)
Domain knowledge of Education and/or Education leadership is desirable, but not required.
Ideal candidates should combine technical background with a Business Administration or Marketing degree.

What would you do? – Roles and responsibilities
As the Senior Lead – Ecosystem Development, you will report to the Head, Ecosystem Development and will play a critical role in enabling Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) to contribute meaningfully to systemic education transformation. Your focus will be on building their readiness, strengthening their capacities, and embedding systems-thinking approaches through peer learning and collective enablement pathways.
The responsibilities would involve, but are not limited to:
1. Identifying & Engaging Potential Partners
Build relationships with key ecosystem players through strategic outreach, events, and convenings.
Develop and refine selection criteria to onboard mission-aligned partners.
Facilitate engagement opportunities by connecting CSOs through movement platforms such as Shiksha Samvaad, InvokED, and Shikshagraha Awards.
2. Building Partner Readiness and Capability
Enable partners to grow into their district or state-level roles through tailored capacity-building engagements.
Support development of leadership, systems thinking, contextual problem-solving, and institutional engagement capabilities.
Offer partners tools and strategic support to unlock their potential as catalysts for local change.
Continuously refine the enablement approach based on field feedback and partner evolution.
3. Strengthening the Collective through Peer Learning
Anchor thematic exchanges, learning spaces, and field immersions to build peer trust and shared problem-solving.
Curate and share innovations, micro-improvements, and contextual insights across the ecosystem.

7+ years of experience in capacity building, incubation, organisational development, or education leadership.
Strong experience working with grassroots CSOs, networks, or leadership development programs.
Exposure to systems thinking, collective action frameworks, or ecosystem approaches.
Strong facilitation, program design, and documentation capabilities.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with multiple teams.
Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

3. Nurturing a Thriving Partner Network
Design and implement engagement models to promote peer learning, shared problem-solving, and cross-sector collaboration.
Organise regular convenings, workshops, and learning exchanges across the movement.
Enable access to relevant knowledge resources, system change frameworks, and policy advocacy opportunities.
Create an environment of continuous learning, innovation, and collective impact through structured reflection and sharing spaces.
4. Coordinating Internal Ecosystem Teams and Learning Loops
Coordinate with internal teams working on capacity building, event platforms, communications, and impact measurement to create cohesion in ecosystem engagement.
Document partner journeys, insights, and learnings from the field to inform the evolution of Shikshagraha’s ecosystem strategy.
Represent the ecosystem team in strategic planning forums, contributing to the movement’s larger scaling roadmap.
5. Learning
Lead documentation of ecosystem learnings, turning points, and impact stories.
Facilitate internal learning reviews and reflection spaces for the ecosystem team.
Strengthen the institutional memory of Shikshagraha’s civil society work.
