We enable education leaders to adopt the micro-improvement approach which helps them to break down a big idea into clear, actionable tasks in a way that suits their needs. The frequent wins experienced through micro-level changes in school eventually feed into a continuous improvement cycle across the education system.
Micro-improvement stories of education leaders from different parts of the world, as they navigate challenges everyday to provide enriching learning experiences to our students.
As an orchestrator, we catalyse collective action and co-create improvement and leadership development programs with state governments, national education institutions, CSOs and markets to impact schools across the country, facilitating adoption of solutions at scale.
In today’s world, when the pace of the growth of a problem exceeds the pace of solutioning, coming together, collaboration and co-creation is more relevant than ever. Through collective action by the holy trinity of change – Samaaj, Sarkaar and Bazaar – we drive impact at scale.

The ShikshaLokam team is proactive and always thinks out of the box - whether it comes to design, planning, execution, outreach or enabling ecosystem for the programs. They continuously challenge us and have a thought-through approach [for planning and execution of programs].
Bijano Murray
Micro improvement projects implemented with the help of Shikshalokam have brought about a significant change among school leaders and teachers about their perspective and role in bringing transformation in their schools through small steps. Earlier, especially in government schools, there was a tendency to follow and implement programs only under the direction of the department but now there is a gradual shift in the way school leaders and teachers are bringing innovative solutions to the problems that are distinct to their schools. The guided projects that are being implemented further create a springboard of ideas for them to bring positive change in the schools.

ShikshaLokam has helped us in looking at the lens of scaling wrt every Intervention that we design. The bigger idea behind ShikshaLokam putting every resource created on the platform in the public domain is revolutionary for the development sector and is going to be very helpful for various organisations in the coming days.

Onboarding more than 1000 first-mile users to the Platform has been a checkpoint in the partnership between Kaivalya Education Foundation and ShikshaLokam. Introducing the concept of a societal platform as a resource for educational leadership to the stakeholders was an intense process and the responses that we received gives us the anchor to take it forward with more users ahead.
